With Duration Brewery and Ruth Brennan
Duration Brewery wanted a home for their new venture which would compliment their farmhouse style craft beer and the 16th Century barn at West Acre fit the bill! The barn itself sits on the site of the medieval West Acre Priory and is built of the stone which once formed the Priory.
Ruth Brennan was the architect responsible for turning the formerly empty Garde II listed barn into the brewery. At this event, Ruth will talk about the challenges involved in installing modern brewery equipment into the barn without affecting the historic fabric or character, and Duration Brewery will provide some information about their brewery and beer.
