We will be showcasing the work of local photographers in the county with our photography competition based on this year theme of Reuse, Recycle, Reinvent.
We will be focusing on how Norwich and Norfolk has reinvented itself over the years and we are keen to see how the county’ photographers respond to this theme. The focus can be anything but as a starting point: contemporary buildings that have enhanced their surrounding; restored or beautiful examples of historic buildings; structures or details on buildings that add to their beauty. The more creative the better.
The competition is strictly for amateur photographers and there will be two categories – open to all and under 16. The prize is Afternoon Tea for 4 at the Maids Head, with a behind the scenes tour of the building.
You can submit up to four images via Twitter by using the hashtag #FANN19 or via email to photo@fann19.org.uk (make sure to include FANN19 in your submission). Please add whether you are entering the open or under 16 competition. The maximum image size 1MB and the deadline for entries is 20 October 2019.
Finalists photos will be displayed at the FANN19 Exhibition at The Forum from 28th October, with visitors to the exhibition voting for the winner. The awards ceremony is at The Forum at 15:00 on 3 November.
