Talk: Collaborative Placemaking 

Meredith Bowles of Mole Architects 

Meredith will talk about recent projects where better places have been brought about through collective design.

Bio:

Meredith is the principal of Mole Architects and is visiting Professor of Architecture at The University of Suffolk. Mole Architects is an award-winning RIBA Chartered Practice, who design low energy buildings and are Certified Passivhaus designers. They believe that good design combines innovation and common sense and think above all that buildings should be full of joy. Some of their previous projects include Marmalade Lane in Cambridge, a collaboratively designed co-housing scheme, and Freeholders in Wells-Next-The-Sea in Norfolk, a contemporary house concealed in an historic quay.
